After collecting the customer information and clicking Next, you will reach the trade-in finalization step.
You will find:

a reminder of the main information about the traded-in item
-
a reminder of the registered customer
-
the amount offered to the customer for the trade-in of the item
- the desired selling price for the item and the margin rate

It is still possible to cancel the trade-in if the customer ultimately does not accept the offer.
If the trade-in can be validated, click on Créer le bon d'achat. At the end of the trade-in process, the user is redirected to the trade-in detail page.

- The first tab of the page is dedicated to the product trade-in
- The first tab displays the item identification information.
- The second panel is dedicated to the financial details of the trade-in.
- The last panel contains the customer information.
- In the second tab you will find the diagnostic result.
- All the questions, along with the answers that were provided. On the right side of each step you can see the name of the user who validated the step as well as the time spent on the step.
- If an image has been added, you can view it by clicking on the button displaying its name.
- Click Fermer to return to the diagnostic summary.
- The process is the same for uploaded documents.
- At the end of the summary, the status chosen for the diagnostic at the end of the intervention is displayed.
- At the bottom of the summary you can see the following information: the creation date of the intervention line, the date on which it was completed, the time between its creation and its completion, the duration of the intervention, and the cost of the intervention (time spent and parts/operations)
