Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I edit an already published workflow? A. Not directly. A published workflow is immutable. To modify it, the platform automatically creates a new draft based on the published version. Once the draft has been validated and published, the old version moves to "archived" status. Ongoing conversations remain on the old version until they are completed.

Q. What happens if the customer does not respond to a question? A. If the Question node is preceded by a Wait node with a configured delay, the instance automatically resumes after the delay expires and follows the timeout arrow. Without a Wait node, the instance remains on hold indefinitely until a response is received.

Q. How many languages can I configure for my messages? A. Four languages are available: French, English, Spanish, and German. For each language, create a separate entry in the catalog with the same key. The engine selects the language matching the instance's locale.

Q. My Meta template has been rejected — what should I do? A. Check the reason for rejection in the Meta Business Manager console. Common reasons include: promotional content in a "utility" type template, poorly defined variables, or an emoji in a quick reply button. Correct the template, resubmit it from Meta Business Manager, and wait for the next synchronization (every 6 hours).

Q. Is it possible to chain multiple workflows? A. Yes, in two ways. The Sub-workflow node launches a child workflow and waits for it to complete before resuming the parent workflow. The Outcome-based chaining option (trigger workflow_outcome) launches an independent workflow as soon as another one ends with a given outcome. Outcome-based chaining is more decoupled but does not allow returning to the original workflow.

Q. The 200-transition limit — what is it? A. To protect the platform against infinite loops, the engine stops an instance after 200 transitions and marks it as errored. If you need a loop (e.g. repeating a question), make sure to include a reachable exit condition on a separate arrow.
