  1. Enter the customer's contact details.
  2. The selected language will define the language in which the customer receives the trade-in confirmation email containing the voucher information.
  3. Select the type of identity document presented.
  4. Enter the information related to the identity document presented.
  5. When the form is complete, you can click Next to move to the last step of the trade-in. At this stage, you can still cancel the trade-in by clicking Cancel the trade-in.
  6. If you have enabled the random serial number generation option, a window will open prompting you to replace the generated random serial number. Enter the new serial number and click Save.
  7. If you wish to keep the random serial number, click Cancel and keep the existing number.
