The buyback of second-hand items is governed by law and requires the collection of information about the seller's identity, in order to be able to prove the origin of the item.
Step-by-step tutorial — Customer identification (7 steps — view in Tango)
- Enter the customer's contact details.
- The selected language will determine the language in which the customer receives the buyback confirmation email containing the voucher information.
- Select the type of identity document presented.
- Enter the information related to the identity document presented.
- When the form is complete, you can click Next to proceed to the final step of the buyback. At this stage, you can still cancel the buyback by clicking on Annuler la reprise.
- If you have enabled the random serial number generation option, a window will open offering you the option to replace the generated random serial number. Enter the new serial number and click on Enregistrer.
- If you wish to keep the random serial number, click on Annuler and retain the existing number.
