- Select the model of the item. If the model does not exist, you can create a model and return to the trade-in.
- Enter the serial number of the item being offered for trade-in.
- The selling price of the item will be automatically filled in with the data available in your catalog for the selected model. However, you can modify it for this specific item. It will serve as the basis for calculating the trade-in amount.
- Select the location where you are performing the trade-in.
- You can enter a source for the item, but this is not mandatory.
- Click on next.
