Create an inspection

  1. Go to Recheck > Inspections (/dashboard/recheck).
  2. Click "New inspection".
  3. Select the product to inspect.
  4. Choose the corresponding inspection template (see section Templates).
  5. Enter the customer contact (WhatsApp number or email address).
  6. Click "Create": the inspection link is generated and automatically sent to the customer.

💡 Tip: You can find the inspection link at any time in the inspection record (/dashboard/recheck/[id]) to resend it manually if needed.
