Rental Cycles (Departure / Return)
A rental cycle groups the four inspections covering the entirety of a rental: two carried out by the owner, two by the customer.
The 4 checkpoints of the cycle

The automatic RETURN vs SENDING comparison makes it possible to identify damage that occurred during the rental.
Create a cycle
- Go to Recheck > Cycles (
/dashboard/recheck/cycles). - Click "New cycle" (
/dashboard/recheck/cycles/new). - Select the product and fill in the tenant's information.
- Each checkpoint generates a distinct inspection sent to the right person at the right time.
View a cycle
From the cycles list, click on a cycle to access the photo comparison departure / return and any detected damage.
⚠️ Important: The four checkpoints must be completed in order for the comparison to be reliable.
