Who is this for? Any team member using the Recheck module to document the condition of a product (technician, logistics manager, fleet manager). Where? Main menu → Recheck (/dashboard/recheck) Prerequisites: Recheck module activated on your account. Product(s) created in the platform. Customer WhatsApp number or email address available.

Recheck allows you to photograph and document the physical condition of a product at every stage of its lifecycle — primarily before and after a rental. The customer carries out their own inspection via a secure link received by WhatsApp (or email). At the end, a timestamped PDF report is generated automatically. In the event of a dispute, the departure/return comparison precisely identifies damage attributable to the renter.
