Photos and condition reports

  • All photos are stored securely and linked to the inspection.
  • Upon completion, a condition score (A to F) is automatically calculated based on declared damages and form responses.
  • A timestamped and hashed PDF report is generated — it serves as legally admissible proof in the event of a dispute.
  • From the inspection record (/dashboard/recheck/[id]), you can access the photo gallery, damage details, and the downloadable PDF.

⚠️ Important: Photos sent via WhatsApp are automatically re-hosted on the platform. Original WhatsApp URLs expire quickly — do not copy them directly.
