Inspection Templates

Templates define the checkpoints (areas to inspect, questions, requested photos) presented to the customer during the inspection.

View and manage templates

1. Go to Recheck > Templates (/dashboard/recheck/templates).
2. Click on a template to edit it or create a new one.

Create a template manually

1. Click "New template" (/dashboard/recheck/templates/new).
2. Add checkpoints: name each area or point to inspect, specify the questions and whether a photo is required.
3. Save.

Generate a template with AI

1. In Recheck > Templates, click "Generate with AI" (/dashboard/recheck/templates/generate).
2. Describe the product type or inspection scenario.
3. The AI suggests a list of checkpoints that you can adjust before saving.

💡 Tip: Create separate templates based on product type (bicycle, tools, audiovisual equipment, etc.) to get inspections tailored to each context.
