First login

You receive an invitation link by email when your account is created (sent by your administrator). This link is valid for 48 hours and is single-use:

1. Click the link in the email.
2. You land on the activation screen: choose a password (minimum 12 characters, with uppercase, lowercase and a number).
3. You are redirected to the dashboard.

If the link has expired or you have already used it, ask your admin to send you a new invitation.

Recurring login

• Go to the dashboard URL.
• Enter your email + password.
• Your session is valid for 12 hours; after that, you need to log in again.

Forgotten password

Password reset is done through the admin (no self-service "Forgot password" in V1):

1. Contact your administrator (super-admin or merchant-admin of your group).
2. The admin triggers a password reset from your user profile.
3. You receive a new 48-hour magic link that automatically invalidates the previous one.
