Refit Diagnostics

Before starting a refurbishment, you can run a diagnostic to assess the product's condition and guide the choice of workflow.

  1. Go to Refit > Diagnostics (/dashboard/refit/diagnostics).
  2. Create a diagnostic template (or generate one via AI at /dashboard/refit/diagnostics/generate).
  3. Start a diagnostic session on the relevant product.
  4. View the results in Refit > Diagnostics > Sessions (/dashboard/refit/diagnostics/sessions).
  5. Use the results to select the most suitable workflow template when creating the job.

💡 Tip — Diagnostic templates can be organized by categories (/dashboard/refit/diagnostics/categories) to make navigation easier as your diagnostics catalog grows.
