Reconditioning Reports
The Refit > Rapports page (/dashboard/refit/reports) centralizes all performance data for the last 30 days.
Available Indicators
| Indicator | Description |
|---|---|
| Jobs (last 30 days) | Total number of jobs created, including the number completed. |
| In Progress / On Hold | Jobs currently active or suspended. |
| Average Duration | Average time per completed job (hh mm). |
| Average Cost | Average cost per completed job (labor + parts). |
| Total Labor Cost | Cumulative time cost across all completed jobs. |
| Total Parts Cost | Cumulative cost of replaced parts. |
| Total Cost | Labor + parts combined. |
Performance by Template
The Performance par workflow table displays, for each template, the number of associated jobs, the average duration, and the average cost. Useful for identifying the most time-consuming or most costly workflows.
Individual Job Report
From the jobs list or from the Rapports page, click the Rapport button on a completed job to view the full details: steps completed, time per step, parts used, total cost, before/after photos.
