Enable Google reCAPTCHA on your site

In order to protect your site from offensive cyberattacks aimed at stealing, modifying or destroying your site's data, we strongly recommend keeping Google reCAPTCHA active on the front-end pages of your site.

Go to Paramètres > Configuration générale > Bloc Google reCaptcha When your site is created, you benefit by default from Google reCAPTCHA activation with keys belonging to ZIQY for a limited period. You have the option to: 1° disable reCAPTCHA on your front-end 2° enter your own Google reCAPTCHA keys in order to track in your Google account the calls made to these keys from your site and continue to enjoy the service.

Create your reCAPTCHA keys Make sure beforehand that you have a Google account dedicated to your rental project. WARNING: your Google account must not be associated with a Google Cloud console or a Google Business account itself linked to a Google Cloud console. To create your keys, click HERE. Give a label to your project. Choose reCAPTCHA version V3. Enter the domain name of the site to be protected, then click SUBMIT. Keep both the site key and secret key within reach.

Configuring reCAPTCHA in your ZIQY back office After checking "Activer la protection recaptcha", you have 2 fields to fill in with the keys copied from your Google account:

• a site key
• a secret key

Activate reCAPTCHA on the pages of your choice in front-end You can decide which pages reCAPTCHA will be active on and thus protect these pages from intrusions. We strongly recommend activating this protection on the Contact page at a minimum in order to protect yourself from bot injections into the contact form.

Displaying reCAPTCHA in front-end ZIQY has implemented the latest V3 version of Google's reCAPTCHA which makes it virtually invisible on your site's pages while still protecting it. For example here on the home page of your site.

Finally, also activate reCAPTCHA on the back office

Displaying reCAPTCHA in back-end reCAPTCHA will thus protect in particular your back office login page from intrusions. Don't forget to save!
