Enable the Sendcloud integration
Sendcloud is an all-in-one shipping platform dedicated to e-merchants. This platform allows you to automate and simplify part of your logistics process. If you would like more information about Sendcloud and to subscribe to an account on their platform, click here. Please note: you must have a Sendcloud account in order to activate the integration on the ZIQY platform.
Go to the Administration - Delivery and Carrier menu. Select the "API Configuration" tab. Delivery and Carriers API Select the Sendcloud API from the dropdown list.
API access configuration. Enter your Sendcloud account's public key and secret key here. You can find these keys on the Sendcloud platform.
Test mode If you simply want to test the integration with Sendcloud, you can enable test mode. In test mode, labels are deleted every 24 hours from your Sendcloud account so that they are not subject to billing. Please note: for Chronopost, even in test mode, Chronopost labels will be billed to you. We therefore recommend using a different carrier to run your tests.
Click Save.
Back to the carriers page Once your API configuration has been saved, you can return to the carriers page.
Interrupting or modifying your API configuration Once your API configuration has been saved, a message appears on the carriers page indicating that the API integration is active. From here, you can:
- (Re)switch to non-API mode in order to disconnect from your Sendcloud account.
- Modify your API configuration.
