How to manage and view inventory across multiple points of sale?

How to manage and view inventory across multiple points of sale? There are two ways to view and manage your inventory:

1. Product by product via the product page
2. Multiple products at once via an export and import

View and manage your inventory product by product via the product page Go to the Catalogue - Products menu. Click on the product for which you want to check or update the stock. In the product detail page, find the "Stock and delivery" section.

If you want to check the stock for a specific point of sale, open the dropdown list. Then click on the point of sale of your choice. The stock for this product in this point of sale will be displayed below the point of sale name once the dropdown list is closed, under the label "in stock at points of sale". You can choose to display "points of sale with stock only". Simply click on the corresponding option. The dropdown list will then only show the points of sale that have stock for this product.

To add stock to a point of sale, enter the quantity to add in the field. You can use the "-" and "+" buttons to adjust this quantity. Click "Validate" when the entered quantity is correct.

In the validation pop-in, confirm or cancel your action. You can verify that the new stock matches what is expected. You can also remove a quantity from your stock. To do so, simply enter a negative number.

As with adding stock, click "Validate". And confirm your action. Click "Confirm". Check your total stock. View and manage the stock of multiple products via an export and import

Still in the Catalogue - Products menu. The "Export" button allows you to export all your products or the products selected in the list. Select the format for your export. You can export your data in CSV or XSL (Excel) format.

Then click "Export". Click on your latest notification to download your export.

You can now open and use your export.

• The export contains one row per product and per point of sale.
• The POINT OF SALE column indicates the name of the point of sale the row refers to.
• An INITIAL STOCK AT POINT OF SALE column allows you to know the quantity of this product initially in stock at this point of sale, deducted of lost, broken or end-of-life items following a rental.
• An AVAILABLE STOCK AT POINT OF SALE column allows you to know the available quantity for the product at the point of sale at the time of your export (items currently on rental, in transit and under repair being deducted).
• A LOST OR BROKEN STOCK column allows you to know the quantity of items lost or broken following a rental. This export therefore gives you a more detailed view of the state of your inventory, product by product, or on an overall basis.

To edit the stock of one or more products, click "Import stocks". Beforehand, you must have prepared your import file in CSV or Excel format. A stock import file must necessarily contain the following information : product_id,store_id,quantity

• in the product_id column: the ID of the product you want to modify.
• in the store_id column: the ID of the point of sale for which you want to set stock.
• in the quantity column: the quantity of stock you want to add (or remove) for the product at the point of sale. Select your import file.

Verify that your data is correct, and click "Import". If your data is incorrect, close using the button at the bottom right of the screen. Restart the import procedure after modifying your file. Once the import is complete, click "Close". Feel free to verify on your product's row that it displays the defined stock.
