How do I log in to the platform?

Go to the platform's login page. The back office login URL for your platform was provided by ZIQY at the launch of your project. Enter your email address. Enter your password. Click on "Se connecter"

If everything went smoothly, you are now logged in: you land on your Dashboard. If you no longer remember your password, click on "Mot de passe oublié ?". Enter your email address.

Then click on "Réinitialisez votre mot de passe". Go to your inbox. Open the "Mot de passe oublié" email you just received. Then click on the "Réinitialisation de votre mot de passe" link. You will be automatically redirected to the following page: Your email address is already filled in. Enter your new password once, then confirm it.

Click on "Validez votre nouveau mot de passe". Your password has been changed, now click on "Retour à la page de connexion". You can now log in by following the procedure described in steps 2 and 3.
