Understanding the Customers page

In the Customers - Customers menu, you will find the list of all created customer accounts. Several statistics are also displayed. • The number of customers - the total number of customers with an account on your site. • The number of customers who have subscribed to at least one rental

• regardless of its status. • The number of customers with at least one rental with the status "in progress". • The number of customers who have never subscribed to a rental.

Filters and columns

• Filters: • Status: allows you to view all non-archived customers, or only archived customers. • Customers with a rental: you can select the "yes" option to display the list of customers who have at least one rental to their name. Or "no" to display the list of customers who have never had a rental. • Columns, each of which can be sorted: • ID - unique identifier assigned to the customer when their account was created. • Customer - first and last name of the customer. • Email • Phone • Rental: indicates whether the customer has already had a rental or not.

Buttons and search field

• The "Export" button allows you to export the entire list of your non-archived customers in CSV or Excel format. • The "Import" button allows you to create new customers in bulk via a CSV or Excel import file. • You can also create a new customer by clicking the "New customer" button. • A search field allows you to search for a customer by their ID, first name, last name, or email. • To view the details of a customer and access their detailed page, click the =A icon at the end of the row.
