Understanding the offers page

In the Catalogue - Offres menu, you will find the list of all offers created on your platform. Here is a detailed overview of the elements displayed and the various actions available on this page.

The offers list

Offers are displayed in a table format, one offer per row, with: the offer ID (unique identification number), the image and name of the product it is linked to, the product SKU, the offer status (active or inactive), the price defined for the offer, the offer name, and the rental type for the offer.

By default, offers are displayed from the most recently created to the oldest, but the grey arrows displayed next to each column header allow you to sort them as you wish.

You can also filter offers by their status, And view only active or inactive offers. Or by rental type, Date-to-date or by subscription. You can perform a search.

10 offers are displayed per page. You can navigate to the next page, previous page, or a specific page, at the bottom right of the list. Or change the number of offers displayed per page.

It is possible to export the offers list.

Choose the format for your export: CSV or EXCEL. And click on "Exporter". A notification will indicate that your file is ready to be downloaded a few seconds later. It will appear at the top right of the window. The file generation time may vary depending on the amount of data to download. The exported file will include the same columns as those displayed on screen, but will not include images.

To download your file, click on the notifications icon. Then on the "Votre export est prêt à être téléchargé" line corresponding to your file.
