Different contracts depending on offers and products

Option available only if you have activated date-to-date rental and subscription rental.

Go to the menu Settings > Contract signature

In the Contract templates tab, create as many contract templates as you wish according to the offers and products to distinguish. For more information on creating contract templates, see here.

Then in the My contracts tab, select the contract to apply to a particular offer and click on "contract by offer".

Click in the "Select an option" field. Select the offer concerned by this contract. At the top of the list you will find 2 general options:

• Date-to-date rental: if you wish to apply this contract template to all your date-to-date rental offers.
• Subscription - all subscriptions: if you wish to apply this contract template to all your subscription rental offers.

Or you can select a specific offer.

Then select the document to sign — for date-to-date rentals in this example — by clicking in the field created under the selected offer type.

Select the contract template created for this offer, for example here "RETRAIT DE LOC DATE A DATE".

Repeat steps 3 to 7 for each offer to be customised regarding contract signature, here for example for all subscription offers.

Another example: for the subscription offer specific to the product Air Jordan 1 High OG Denim (18).

If you create both a contract template for all your subscription rental offers and a contract specific to a particular subscription rental offer, it is the contract specific to that offer that will be signed by the customer when they rent the product.

In this example, a customer renting the Air Jordan product will sign the contract template "Retrait de location", and not the contract "Retrait de loc ABO".
