Create and download a product return slip in PDF to facilitate the logistics processing of products at the end of a rental.

Warning: this feature is not compatible with the activation of multi-product or multi-quantity on your site.

Go to Settings > PDF Templates

Configure here the PDF document templates that you want to be able to download at the product return stage.

To create a new template, click on "Add a template".

Enter the name of your template.

Enable the template.

Configure the content of your template using the wysiwyg editor provided for this purpose.

Use the available variables to pull up the information specific to each rental in the slip during the product return.

Feel free to use all the wysiwyg functions available to configure it, including image insertion or directly entering HTML code in the source code.

Don't forget to Save your template.

You can edit a created slip at any time by clicking on the edit icon.

You can delete an existing slip by clicking on the delete icon.

Click on Confirm to validate the deletion.

Then go to the product category page for which you want to associate a return slip > DOCUMENTS tab.

Choose the PDF template to associate with the category from the dropdown menu.

You will then find the return slip download button in several places. First, at any time, in the rental file with the status "IN PROGRESS" for rentals with the "point of sale" pickup type.

Then in the back office, during the product return procedure.

Also in the return procedure in the Webapp version of the back office.

And finally in the logistics pop-in for returning home delivery rentals.

When clicking the "Return slips" button, the document will be downloaded to your computer in PDF format. It is displayed on an A4 page in portrait orientation.

You will find the variables replaced by the information specific to the rental.

In our example:

{Customer_firstname}: Marion
{Product_name}: Decorative Banana

If you have associated the rental product with different categories, or if products associated with different categories have been rented in the same rental, you will find the different slips one after another in the PDF.

The PDF will include one page for each slip associated with the categories to which the rental's products belong.

Then complete your return procedure by clicking on "Validate and save".
