Ship a rental

Go to the Rental menu

Logistics and transport. Select the "To ship" tab. When you display the Logistics and transport page, all rentals subject to home delivery appear. To see only the rentals to be shipped, click on the To ship tab.

Before validating your shipments

You can download a CSV or Excel file of your customers' addresses. This could make it easier to create your labels by import if your carrier's tool allows it.

Select the rentals that will be shipped. A yellow Bulk Actions bar appears. Then click on "Export the addresses of rentals to ship".

Select CSV. Click on "Export". A notification will inform you that your export is available.

Click on the notifications icon. Click on the export line to download your file.

You are ready to ship, click on the line to be shipped.

Enter the tracking number of your shipment.

Return tracking number If you provide a return label for your rental product, you can also enter its tracking number.

Enter the serial number of the shipped items. If serial numbers are mandatory on your platform, click on "Add serial number" for each item you are shipping.

Enter the serial number of the shipped item. Click on "Validate". Click on "Validate".

Click on "Validate shipment". Before doing so, verify that all the information entered is correct. Your package moves to shipped status.
