Export the forecast volume of recurring deliveries

In order to plan your warehouse stock for the delivery of your recurring delivery subscriptions, an export is available.

Go to the Locations - Logistics and transport menu

Click on the dark grey button "Prévision des volumes"

This button is only accessible if a recurring delivery subscription has been taken out on your platform.

In the pop-in, select the number of months over which you want to perform your export.

You can export a volume forecast from 1 month, 2 months, etc... up to 12 months.

If you perform the export on December 1st, you will get a forecast of planned shipments up to and including January 1st.

Click on "Exporter": your export file is automatically downloaded by your browser.

Results of your forecast export

In your forecast export, you will find 4 columns:

• Product ID = this is the ID of the product on the platform
• Product name
• Product SKU
• Quantity = this is the quantity of the product forecast for shipment over the next X months (X being the number of months over which you performed your export)

Please note:

• The initial delivery is not included in the forecast
• Future deliveries are included in the forecast, then removed from it once they have been shipped

Example of forecast evolution: you have a subscription to a product XXX every month and a subscription to a product YYY every 2 months. The forecast will be as follows:

• Forecast over 1 month: XXX = 1 ; YYY = 0
• Forecast over 2 months: XXX = 2 ; YYY = 1
• Forecast over 3 months: XXX = 3 ; YYY = 0
• Forecast over 4 months: XXX = 4 ; YYY = 2
