The lifecycle of a rental

Key actions

• Create a rental (date-to-date or subscription).
• Hand over the product to the customer (and sign the contract).
• Extend an ongoing rental without creating a new one.
• Return the product.
• Cancel or refund depending on whether the product was handed over.

Tracking

A dashboard shows pickups and returns that are overdue, pending or planned. Each rental has a clear status (ongoing, finished, disputed, cancelled).

E-contracts can be signed at creation, handover, return or extension — the signing link is valid for 24h.
