Import product stocks.

Product stocks can be managed by data import, in order to save time and reduce manual operations on the platform (instead of updating stocks manually). To do so, here is the process to follow.

Go to the Catalogue - Produits menu: Then click on the "Importer stocks" button, located above the product list in your catalogue. Choose the import file in the browser dialog box. Select your file containing the list of technical elements to import: product ID, SKU, store ID, and quantity. 2 file formats are accepted: .csv or .xls.

Click "Ouvrir". The import file. Your file opens in "preview" mode, allowing you to verify the information before importing it. If everything is correct, click on the "Importer" button at the bottom left.

A notification indicates that your import is complete, at the top of your window. Please note that all quantities entered in your import document will be added to those already available for each ID of the product(s) on your platform. You can then "Fermer" the stock file import window. The import is complete, your stocks have been successfully integrated!
