Integrate Adyen

Once your platform has been deployed, you will receive an email from ZIQY explaining how to connect your Stripe account to the platform. However, if you prefer to use Adyen, this is possible. To do so, we need you to provide us with access to your Adyen account: create a new user with "developer" rights at onboarding@ziqy.co. Once you have created this access, please send us an email at onboarding@ziqy.co. We will proceed with the configuration and then restart your platform within 48 to 72 business hours. We will notify you by reply email as soon as your Adyen account has been integrated into your platform. Please note that in your account configuration, you will need to set the "Capture delay" parameter to "Immediate", otherwise your payments will not work correctly.

Regarding payment on the front-end, Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is mandatory in order to access the payment page. To do this, enable the "Mandatory T&C acceptance" option if it is not already active. And enter the text to be displayed on the front-end. The following block allows you to integrate your T&Cs so that your customers can consult them via a link on the front-end, but also so that they are sent by email. You can integrate all the documents you might need. However, please note that only the last imported document is considered to be the T&Cs. If you integrate your T&Cs, and after that you integrate other documents (such as manuals for example), do not forget to re-integrate your T&Cs afterwards.

To add T&Cs or any other document: Click on the "Add a T&C document" button. A pop-in appears:

  1. Choose the language of the document to be uploaded from the drop-down list.
  2. Name the document in the "File name" field.
  3. Select the file to upload via your browser's dialog box by clicking on the "Browse" button.
  4. Then click "Save". You can preview a file by clicking the "=A" button at the end of the row.

This is a link that you can integrate wherever you wish on the front-end to allow access to the document. Click on the document name to view its history. You will then see the document sending history.
