Integrate Ingenico

Once your platform has been deployed, you will receive an email from ZIQY explaining how to connect your Stripe account to the platform. However, if you prefer to use Ingenico, this is possible. To do so, we need you to provide us with access to your Ingenico account: create a new account at onboarding@ziqy.co. Access rights must be complete, otherwise we will not be able to finalise the configuration. Once you have created this access, please send us an email to onboarding@ziqy.co. We will proceed with the configuration and then restart your platform within 48 to 72 business hours. We will notify you by return email as soon as your Ingenico account has been integrated into your platform. Good to know: the available payment methods displayed to the customer on the Ingenico (Worldline) payment page will be defined based on the type of payment initiated. Namely:

  • If the payment is a one-time payment (date-to-date rental or penalty payment), our request instructs Worldline to display payment methods compatible with "one-time" payments;
  • If the payment is a recurring payment (subscription-based rental), our request instructs Worldline to display only payment methods compatible with bank card tokenisation.

Regarding payment on the front-end, Acceptance of the T&Cs is mandatory in order to access the payment page.

To do so, enable the "Mandatory T&Cs acceptance" option if not already active. And enter the text to be displayed on the front-end. The following block allows you to integrate your T&Cs so that your customers can consult them via a link on the front-end, but also so that they are sent by email. You can integrate all the documents you may need. However, please note that only the last imported document is considered to be the T&Cs. If you integrate your T&Cs, and afterwards integrate other documents (such as instruction manuals for example), do not forget to re-integrate your T&Cs afterwards. To add T&Cs or any other document: Click on the "Add a T&Cs document" button

A pop-in appears:

  1. Choose the language of the document to be uploaded from the drop-down list.
  2. Name the document in the "File name" field.
  3. Select the file to upload via your browser's file dialog by clicking on the "Browse" button.
  4. Then click "Save". You can preview a file by clicking the "=A" button at the end of the row. This is a link that you can embed wherever you wish on the front-end to allow access to the document. Click on the document name to view its history.

You will then see the document's sending history.
