The recurring delivery subscription offer

Recurring delivery subscriptions allow you to ship a rental product at the same frequency through a subscription. The product of the relevant rental is therefore no longer "rented" but considered as "kept by the customer". Warning: these offers are only available for delivery, they are not available for in-store pickup. If you create a recurring delivery subscription and select a point of sale as the pickup location, the system will be unable to create the corresponding recurring deliveries. To create a recurring delivery subscription offer on a standard product, first create your product with stock in your warehouse. To allow new subscriptions to be taken out, your product must always have available stock, so remember to increase the quantity of your overall stock over time, as the available stock quantity will decrease with each new delivery. Then create a new subscription rental offer:

Give a name to your subscription offer Configure the duration and commitment of your subscription Then click on "Activer la livraison récurrente"

Select the frequency at which you want to deliver your product If you want to perform the rebill at a different frequency, uncheck "Effectuer le prélèvement automatique à la même fréquence" It is possible to deliver your product at a frequency X, while performing the automatic payment (rebill) at a frequency Y. If you want to perform the rebill at a different frequency, uncheck "Effectuer le prélèvement automatique à la même fréquence". Then select the desired payment frequency.

Finally, enter the subscription price (price per rebill) This is the price that will be charged to your customer at the selected frequency. Example:

• For a price of €20/month and a monthly charge = €20 will be rebilled every month
• For a price of €20/month and a quarterly charge = €20 will be rebilled every 3 months

Review the content of your offer before clicking "Créer l'offre"

Once your offer is created, remember to activate it You can create as many subscription offers as you wish This includes recurring delivery subscriptions: you can create as many as you want, with different payment and delivery frequencies. Here is an example of a recurring delivery subscription with monthly payment and delivery every 2 months This subscription will be rebilled €10 every month, and the customer will receive their product every 2 months.

When you have multiple offers, you can set one as the default offer On the front-end, it is the price of this offer that will be highlighted on the category page, and this offer will be pre-selected when the customer arrives on the product page. On the front-end, in the cart, when the customer has added a recurring delivery subscription offer, a summary of the offer is displayed In the customer account, the customer has access to more information about their subscribed offer They can see the date of their next delivery, and can modify their delivery address as long as the shipment has not yet taken place.

In the back-office, find the details of the recurring delivery subscription on the rental page You can view:

• The subscription duration
• The subscription commitment period
• The payment frequency
• The delivery frequency
• The pickup type (the name of the carrier chosen by the customer is displayed) - Good to know: in the case of a recurring delivery subscription, the carrier price is included in the rebill price

Accessing the first delivery of a recurring delivery subscription

From the rental, click on the pickup type, which will take you to the Logistics and Transport page.

Process the shipment in the standard way To mark your delivery as shipped, follow the usual shipping procedure. If you do not enter a serial number, the system will generate a random serial number, and you will find the details of the shipped items in the Catalogue - Items menu. Items shipped as part of a recurring delivery subscription automatically move to the "Conservé par le client" status and are deducted from the available stock.

Accessing the other deliveries of a recurring delivery subscription

From the rental, click the "Voir toutes les expéditions" button, which will take you to the Logistics and Transport page with the list of all shipments for this subscription. This button is only accessible when at least 2 shipments have been created for the same rental.

In the Rentals - Logistics and Transport menu, find all shipments of a recurring delivery subscription:

• The first shipment of a recurring delivery subscription (triggered by the initial subscription payment) is listed under the type "Location".
• Subsequent shipments (triggered by a rebill) are listed under the type "Livraison récurrente".

In the "Type d'expédition" dropdown menu, a new shipment type "Livraison récurrente" will appear when your first recurring delivery has been generated by the system Good to know: a recurring delivery is generated by a successful rebill (or multiple rebills in the case where the shipment frequency is lower than the rebill frequency). If your customer's subscription is not successfully rebilled, no shipment will be generated.
