Platform Security Options
Open the side menu. Click on general configuration. Scroll down the page to the security block. It is possible to restrict user creation to emails matching one or several authorized domains. Send us the domains to authorize on your platform so that our technical team can implement this measure.
Securing access to the platform also involves regularly renewing users' password choices. Select the validity duration of the latter and users will be prompted to change it at the end of the period. Select the maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts before the account is deactivated (incorrect email or password). In the event of a lockout, only a user with the necessary rights will be able to reactivate the blocked account. Select the opening days and hours. Outside these periods, certain activities (such as item trade-ins) will trigger the sending of an alert email.
One or more recipients can be chosen to receive alert emails and security reports. These emails must be sent to us to be set up. When you are done, click Save to save your choices. Scroll further down, to the "Item Trade-in" block. Define the tolerance margin percentage for the trade-in amount compared to the trade-in amount calculated according to your criteria. A trade-in for a higher amount will trigger a security alert.
You can enable security on trade-ins by choosing to reject suspicious trade-ins: trade-ins that exceed the authorized amount will not be able to be finalized.
