Prices by point of sale

You can define different date-to-date rates based on predefined point of sale groups.

To predefine your point of sale groups, go to the Settings - Advanced Settings menu.

Scroll down to the "Point of sale groups" section.

Here, you can create as many groups as you wish.

Enter the name of a group in the field, then click "Créer un groupe".

Choose a point of sale to add to your group.

Click "Ajouter".

Add as many points of sale as desired.

Click the cross to remove a point of sale from a group.

Configure your various date-to-date offers by sales groups.

In the configuration of your date-to-date offers on your products, you will find the option to create as many pricing tiers as you have point of sale groups.

First create your initial pricing, then select the point of sale groups you wish to apply it to.

To create a second pricing tier, click "Ajouter une tarification par groupe".

Configure your second pricing tier in the same way as usual, and associate it with one or more point of sale groups.

When you have multiple pricing tiers by group, you must define a "Default pricing".

To do so, click the corresponding button on the offer you wish to set as the default. In our example, Pricing 2 will be the default pricing.

What is the purpose of this "default pricing"?

• Any point of sale that does not belong to a group will have this pricing applied by default.
• This pricing will be displayed by default:
  1. In the rental funnel in the back-office as long as you have not selected the rental point of sale
  2. On category pages and product pages in the front-end as long as your customer has not selected their point of sale
  3. In the rental funnel in the front-end as long as your customer has not selected their point of sale

Don't forget to "save" the configuration of your date-to-date offers.

The "Date-to-date rental offer" section is displayed open by default when you have multiple pricing tiers.

This allows you to view all existing pricing tiers at a glance.

A green star lets you see which pricing tier is the default.

Tooltip in the back-office rental funnel

In the standard product rental funnel in the back-office, when the product has multiple pricing tiers defined, a tooltip alerts you that the rate may change depending on the point of sale.
