Managing delivery and pickup types PER PRODUCT

In addition to the general configuration of your delivery and pickup types in the "Mon activité" menu, which applies to your entire catalog, you can define a custom configuration for a given product that will override the general configuration.

Go to the STOCK tab of the product sheet:

By default, all delivery or pickup types enabled at your general configuration level are active. Click on the green checkmark for each delivery type to disable it, or on the red checkmark to re-enable it. Confirm the activation or deactivation each time.

If disabled, the delivery type appears with a red cross.

When home delivery is disabled, all carriers for home delivery are unavailable to your customers.

When in-store pickup is disabled, all pickup points are unavailable to your customers.

By clicking the "modifier" button under "retrait en point de vente", you can select pickup locations one by one that will be UNAVAILABLE to your customers for THIS specific product if needed.

Select from the list the pickup point(s) that will not be available for this product.

Unavailable pickup points are displayed in black. Click Save to record your configuration.

Managing delivery and carriers PER PRODUCT

By default, all carriers will be greyed out, meaning they are all available to customers.

If you wish to disable all of them, use the previous method (see slide 3).

By checking one or more carriers, only those carriers will be available, and the remaining greyed-out ones will be unavailable.

Don't forget to Save.

Taking the configuration into account in the rental funnel

Whether you are in the back office or on the front end, your configuration will be applied at the DELIVERY step of the subscription funnel.

For example here, the "Local Delivery" carrier is not available, nor are the pickup points "Entrepôt paris" and "Magasin Paris".

The rule in the case of multiple products in the cart

In the case of a cart containing multiple products, only the carriers and pickup points that are common and have stock available for all products in the cart will be offered to customers.

If no delivery type is common to all products in the cart, the customer will see an error message. You can customize this error message in your front-end translations if you wish.
