Configure your document

  • Select the language of the document
  • Select the offer it applies to
  • Assign it a name (this will be visible to your customers)
  • Select the document to upload from your computer
  • Click "Save"

Retrieve your file link

Your file has been uploaded to the server. Retrieve its URL by clicking the eye icon =A at the end of the line: your file opens in a new tab, and you simply need to copy the URL displayed in your web browser's address bar. Keep this URL handy, as you will need it in steps 5. and 17.

Check that the mandatory GTC acceptance content is up to date

If you have configured a text in brackets as shown in the screenshot below ("I have read and accept the [general terms and conditions]."), the URL of the document you just uploaded will automatically be displayed to your customers — you don't need to do anything.

However, if you had configured a link in this WYSIWYG, edit it and replace it with the URL copied in the previous step. Please note, we advise against configuring a direct link if you have set up different GTCs by offer type. If you have different GTCs per offer type, the best approach is to use the bracket configuration, as the result will adapt based on the offer selected by the customer.

  1. Contract signature. Go to the Settings - Contract Signature menu. Note: if you have not enabled contract signature, you can skip steps 6. to 12.

If no document was entered here:

  • Either you defined custom text: update it if needed.
  • Or you defined a different document or text per contract template: proceed to step 11.

Don't forget to save when your changes are complete.
