What's new in your REFIT platform update (v 3.0.3)

Stores

In the side menu you can see the appearance of stores. In the platform architecture, stores are located above locations. You can attach multiple locations to a store, but not the other way around. For those who have connected their Refit platform to a Rental platform, Refit stores can also be linked to Rental stores. Following the update, a store was automatically created on your platform, and the location(s) created on your platform have been attached to this store. You can modify this configuration; here are the details of the new elements related to stores.

A single store, automatically created, is present in the list. To modify its configuration, click on the action button at the end of the row, then click Modifier. Select the active days.

As well as the opening hours. Select the Rental store that should be linked. An item sent to Refit from a Rental store will be returned to stock in the same store upon completion of the refurbishment. You can modify the configuration of locations.

And select the Refit store they belong to if necessary. In the side menu you can filter your display for a specific location. Or for a store (and therefore all locations attached to it).

Security options

In the side menu, click on Configuration générale to find the new options regarding the security of your platform.

Authorized email domains for user accounts… The creation of user accounts is now limited to authorized domain names. Following the update, we have authorized all domains corresponding to the addresses of existing users on your platform. A new feature also allows you to be alerted in the event of suspicious activity on the site. We invite you to send us the address(es) that should receive these emails. With the configuration shown below, it would for example be impossible to create an account with a @yahoo.com email address.

Choose the password validity period: beyond this period, users will be prompted to change it. Select the number of failed login attempts before the account is deactivated. The account will then need to be reactivated by another user. Select the days and hours of activity on the platform. Outside of these days and hours, any activity on the platform will be considered suspicious, and an email will be sent to the addresses entered as security alert recipients. These hours will be taken into account if the stores are not assigned specific hours.

For those of you using the Reuse platform: You can choose a maximum overage margin relative to the trade-in price calculated by your criteria. If a trade-in is carried out beyond this margin, a security email will be sent. You can also enable the option that blocks any trade-in beyond this limit.
