Preparing your graphic kit

In preparation for your site configuration, here are the graphic elements to prepare.

The platform logo. The logo defined in the back-office will be visible to all your users, but may also be seen by your customers if they have the ability to view the screens you work with. The logo in emails. This is the logo that will be displayed in the header of all emails sent from the platform. Particular attention must be paid to its dimensions and file size: your emails should be as lightweight as possible. The contract logo. Your contracts will display this logo in the header. Make sure it is not too large so as not to take up all the space or increase the size of files sent by email.

The invoice logo. Your invoices will display this logo in the header. Make sure it is not too large so as not to take up all the space or increase the size of files sent by email. The logo for your front-end The navigation element of our default template is 60 pixels in height. Your logo therefore does not need to be taller than that. The "burger" menu logo. We recommend that you prepare an image with these dimensions or proportions: 121 x 57 pixels. Otherwise it will be stretched.

The footer logo. We recommend that you prepare an image with these dimensions or proportions: 241 x 113 pixels. Otherwise it will be stretched. The "image" components of the builder.

  • The "Call to action" component of the builder allows you to display a full-screen image. This image has no specific dimensions, but you can define a maximum height not to be exceeded in the component (for a standard display, the height is 300 pixels). We still recommend not using images wider than 1800 pixels, so as not to slow down the display of your front-end.
  • The "Image and text" component allows you to display an image next to a text. This image has no specific dimensions, but for an optimal result you can select image proportions in the component: 1:1, 4:3, 16:9 or 21:9. Your image must comply with the chosen proportions.
  • You can add cover images to your videos. We recommend using the same proportions as your video size, and not exceeding 1800 pixels in width.

Your icons Don't forget to prepare your icons if necessary. These should be as lightweight as possible, and all the same size. The cover images of your categories The image is displayed in full on the screen, so it adapts to the screen on which you display the site. We recommend using a 16/9 landscape format, and strongly encourage you to test the rendering on multiple devices. The main image of your products The main image of your products will be displayed as a thumbnail in certain components and in the category pages of your front-end. For optimal rendering, we recommend using square-format images (800x800 pixels for example).

The secondary images of your products The secondary images of your products will be displayed as thumbnails here. For optimal rendering, we recommend using square-format images (500x500 pixels for example), as with the main image. A few optimization tips:

  • Name your images descriptively and in plain language so that they can be easily identified.
  • The name of your images must not contain any spaces.
  • Adjust the dimensions of your images: they should be neither too small nor too large, and images of the same type should have the same dimensions.
  • Reduce the file size of your images as much as possible to optimize page display time and mobile browsing.
  • Choose the right file format: JPG and PNG for photos, PNG or SVG for logos and illustrations.
  • Always test the rendering of your images.
  • Avoid inserting text into your images.
