What information can I export from the platform? On the Rental platform, it is possible to export a large amount of data to help you manage and analyze your business. The different available exports are presented in the Data Imports and Exports section. Learn how to export the essential data from your platform in CSV (.csv) or EXCEL (.xls) format. Here is a detailed list of each export you can perform:

How to export from the Rental platform
In general, you can identify every element that can be exported thanks to the "Exporter" button visible on the corresponding pages. If you are on the Products page, the "Exporter" button refers to products. If you are on the transactions page, the "Exporter" button refers to transactions... and so on. To export the information from the page you are on, click "Exporter". A pop-in will open: select your options. Depending on the type of data to be exported, you may have one or several options to choose from. Regardless of the data you wish to export, you must always at minimum define the export format you want to obtain: CSV (.csv file) or EXCEL (.xls file).
Once your options are selected, click "Exporter". An alert informs you that your request is being processed. This alert displays: "L'export est en cours, vous serez notifié par email lorsqu'il sera disponible." Once the export is complete, a notification will inform you. The alert displays: "L'export est disponible".
To retrieve your exports, click on the notifications icon. Then click on the corresponding notification. This will download your export to the download folder defined by your browser. You can also choose to click "Tout voir". A new page containing your latest notifications will then appear.
On this new page, click on the row corresponding to your latest export. Then click "Télécharger". This will download your export to the download folder defined by your browser.
