Check available stock on Rental

Here is the icon that allows you to check the stock. This icon is available on the rentals and new rental pages, as well as in the header of your back office, accessible at any time. Fill in the displayed filters: 1° The product category 2° The point of sale where you want to check the stock (this can be your warehouse, a pickup point or a store) 3° The rental start and end dates The tool then generates the list of products and their stock levels based on these filters. Please note: disabled products will not appear in the generated list.

Click on the product field to check the stock of products: you will find in parentheses the available stock for the point of sale on the entered dates. Click on a product if you wish to select it to create a rental. You can also search for the product by its name if you want to narrow down the list of products to display.

Click on "Louer" if you wish to start creating a rental. You will be taken into the rental funnel with your product pre-selected and you will be able to add the available optional complementary products. You will then only need to confirm the rental period in the rental funnel, which will be pre-filled with the dates entered previously.

You will then reach the cart step of the funnel in order to finalize the rental.
