Go to the Clients - GDPR Requests menu A summary table of all pending GDPR requests is displayed. You can see who made a request and when. When a request is processed by the system, it disappears from this table. You can filter by request type

  • Data deletion: the customer account will be anonymized at the end of the anonymization period configured in the Settings > General Configuration > RGPD menu
  • Data request: your customer will receive a download email containing their personal data at the end of the period configured in the Settings > General Configuration > RGPD menu

As soon as the request is processed by the system, it is removed from this table.
