You can track which changes to your configuration were made, when, and by whom. Go to the Tools - User Logs menu. A history is available for many elements. In this menu, you will find logs related to changes made to:

  • Categories
  • Customers
  • Items (if you have activated the SALE feature)
  • Pages
  • Orders (if you have activated the SALE feature)
  • Products
  • Articles
  • Rentals
  • Settings
  • Price models
  • Price model lines
  • Users
  • Profiles

For each log entry, find the following information:

  • Action type: modification, creation, deletion
  • Description of the action
  • Date & time of the action
  • User who performed the action

Navigate by modification type by clicking on the tabs. If you click on Settings, you will only see logs related to settings changes.

Apply a filter by period and user. You can filter logs:

  • By period (selection of a date range).
  • By user (display of actions by a specific user).

You can view the details of the modified fields by clicking on the line. A pop-in then shows you the fields that were modified by this action.

Use the search bar by entering the ID to search for (rental, customer, article...) To do this, select the desired Log type, for example Rental. Then, enter the ID of the rental you are looking for. This will allow you to display all logs associated with this rental.

Understanding log details In the detail of this log for example, the "billing address" field of the customer was modified and replaced by a new address (ID 333).

Explanation of customer logs Customer logs allow you to track changes to:

  • First name / Last name
  • Language
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Custom fields
  • Addresses and address details
  • The user who made the change

Explanation of user logs User logs allow you to track all changes made on the platform by the user on their profile. When a user is updated, logs now display the details of the changes, including:

  • Email
  • Profile
  • Attached point of sale
  • Deletion date
  • Changes specific to the user's settings (e.g. language)

Explanation of Profile logs The "profiles" logs allow you to track changes to profile permissions:

  • Enabled permissions
  • Disabled permissions
