Smart assignment (recommended)
Click "Suggest repairers" from the repair record. The algorithm analyzes available repairers based on four weighted criteria:

| Geographic area | 40% | Proximity to the customer's address |
| Specialty | 25% | Match with the product category |
| Availability | 20% | Repairer's current workload |
| Performance | 15% | Repairer's historical score |
The 10 best candidates are displayed with their profile. Select the one you want to assign.
Manual assignment
Click "Assign manually" and directly choose a repairer from the full list.
💡 Tip: Smart assignment is recommended to optimize turnaround times and quality. Use manual assignment if you have a specific constraint (commercial agreement, known availability, etc.).
