Repair lifecycle
Status table (workshop flow)
A workshop repair follows 8 sequential steps:
| No. | Status | Who acts | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Requested | Customer or Admin | The request is created |
| 2 | Assigned | Admin | A repairer is designated |
| 3 | Received | Repairer | The product is checked in |
| 4 | Quote created | Repairer (or Admin) | Labour + parts quote is drawn up |
| 5 | Paid | Customer | The customer has settled the quote |
| 6 | In progress | Repairer | The repair is being carried out |
| 7 | Completed | Repairer | The repair is finished |
| 8 | Shipped | Repairer | The product is sent back to the customer |
⚠️ Important: At any point before payment, a repair can switch to Rejected (permanent end of the flow). After payment, the quote data and selected parts are locked and can no longer be modified.
On-site intervention flow
For home or in-store interventions, the cycle is shortened to 4 steps: Requested → Assigned → In progress → Completed. There is no reception, quote, or shipping step.
