Quote Composition
A quote includes the following elements:

| Labor | Cost of the repairer's work |
| Spare parts | Parts selected from the catalog |
| Platform margin | Commission charged by the platform |
| VAT | Calculated automatically |
| Total incl. VAT | Amount billed to the customer |
Who Can Create the Quote?
Quote creation can be configured according to three modes in your settings:
| Mode | Who creates the quote |
|---|---|
repairer (default) | The repairer alone |
company | The company / the admin alone |
both | Either one can do it |
Automatic Approval
An automatic approval threshold can be defined in the settings. Quotes whose amount is below this threshold are approved without requiring manual validation.
⚠️ Important: Once the customer has paid, the quote and the associated parts are permanently locked. No modifications are possible after this stage.
